Backup4all can perform data backups. This application has a friendly interface without renouncing to be technical at times, which makes it appropriate for both rookies and experts. For those without much experience, there are wizards to create customized backup jobs. Moreover, there’s also the possibility of switching to advanced mode if you feel you don´t need so much help.

The application supports various types of backups, including full, incremental, and differential. Additionally, there’s a special type of job, called Smart Backup. And in case you need to, you can create filters to exclude or include given file types. The tool is compatible with various types of storage media, such as local disks, networked drives, optical discs, portable devices, FTP, SFTP, and multiple on-the-cloud destinations. Moreover, it allows automating repetitive tasks by scheduling selected jobs. Besides, it supports running several jobs simultaneously if the installed hardware allows it. Luckily, you can keep track of all running, scheduled, and failed tasks.

All in all, Backup4all is an excellent tool to keep your data safe from accidental losses. In addition to backups, it also allows restoring files and folders while preserving the original file structure. Other valuable features include the possibility of using variable compression and AES encryption to use less space and secure your data respectively.
